As an integrative psychodynamic counsellor, I provide a warm, non-judgemental and compassionate space for you to work through any difficult thoughts, feelings and events in your life. Integrative and psychodynamic model is a verified and established method of therapy for successfully healing mental and emotional distress. Within this framework, individuals gradually become more aware of aspects previously outside of their awareness. Opening up to talk about your past or the places in your life where you feel stuck can be difficult but, just by coming here, you’ve already taken the first step.

I use a range of modalities, such as psychodynamic, humanistic, trauma-informed, body psychotherapy, CBT, Gestalt, working with inner child to build the therapy around you and what you need. My therapy reflects that, working with all aspects of who you are as a person.

Therapy is a process that requires commitment, patience, and a wish to change. Sessions will be conducted weekly for fifty minutes. Depending on availability and need this can be increased to meeting more frequently. The focus will be on whatever is on your mind, no matter how trivial.

I believe that finding the right therapist for you is incredibly important to allow you to feel comfortable enough to get the most out of therapy. Our first session will therefore be an opportunity for us both to get to know each other; for you to tell me about what’s brought you to therapy and to learn more about how I work as a therapist. If it feels like I'm the right person for you we can then decide the best way to work together.

I have worked in a variety of mental health and therapeutic settings, supporting individuals struggling with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, abuse, social anxiety, feeling sad, anger managment, trauma, relationship issues, family issues, stress, loss and bereavement, low self-esteem and many more.

I am registered member of BACP, I speak english and polish.
